- Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? With expedited shipping, you can expect delivery within 2 business days from the time your order is processed.

Returns for Unopened, Unused Product
We want you to feel great about your order! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order, for any order or item you need to return that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your proof of purchase handy!

How annoying! We’re really sorry about this! Mistakes happen, and sometimes things go wrong during shipping, but we are here to make it right. Refunds for Opened or Used Products

Refund Policy Details
- Shipping Costs: If your order didn’t qualify for free shipping, we’ll refund the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee of $9.99 may apply.
- Unopened and Unused Products: For returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days, simply contact our Customer Care Team at customer.service@symphonynaturalhealth.com
- Returns Outside the 30-Day Window: These returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our Customer Care Manager.
Opened Products: Returns for opened products will be managed by our Medical Team to ensure you receive the best possible guidance on using the product.
